When you book a call. The details you enter in our booking form (provided by Calendly), such as your name, email address and any notes, along with the time of the meeting.
When you visit our website. Information collected through cookies and similar technologies, such as the pages you visit, the site that referred you, your IP address and basic details about your device and browser. If you agree to marketing cookies, this can include information that helps us identify the organisation you are visiting from and link your visit to an email we have sent you. Our Cookie Policy explains this in full.
For business development. Business contact details of professionals at organisations we think may be interested in our services, such as name, job title, employer, work email address and LinkedIn profile. We collect these from publicly available sources such as LinkedIn and company websites, and from reputable business data providers.
When we work together. Contact details of the people we work with at our clients, and the material needed to produce videos. This can include scripts, images, and footage and voice recordings of the people who appear in them, including recordings used, with their agreement, to create AI avatars and digital twins.

Where we rely on legitimate interests, we have considered your interests and rights and believe they are not overridden. You can ask us for more detail about this.
4. Marketing and opting out
We send business to business marketing messages to professionals at organisations we believe may be interested in our services. Every marketing email includes a way to opt out, and you can also email damian@visioncreativelabs.com at any time and we will stop. We keep a short record of opt-outs so that we do not contact you again.
5. Who we share your data with
We do not sell your personal data.
We engage carefully selected third-party partners and service providers who process personal data on our behalf in compliance with GDPR. From time to time, we appoint digital marketing agencies to conduct outreach and marketing activities on our behalf. As part of these activities, personal data may be processed in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Our appointed data processors include:

We also use service providers for website hosting, email and document storage, meeting scheduling (Calendly), and outreach and contact management tools, and we may share data with our professional advisers such as accountants and lawyers. A full list of the processors we use is available on request.
6. International transfers
Some of our service providers process data outside the UK, for example in the European Economic Area or the United States. Where they do, we make sure the transfer is protected, for example by relying on UK adequacy regulations or by using the UK International Data Transfer Agreement or the UK Addendum to the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
7. How long we keep your data
We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purposes set out above, including to meet legal, tax and accounting requirements. We review business development contacts regularly and delete those that are no longer relevant. If you ask us not to contact you, we keep a minimal record so that we can respect that request. Cookie durations are listed in our Cookie Policy.
8. Your rights
Under UK data protection law you have the right to:
