Cookie Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This policy explains how Vision Creative Labs Limited ("Vision Creative Labs", "we", "us") uses cookies and similar technologies on visioncreativelabs.com. Please read it alongside our Privacy Policy.
What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website places on your device when you visit. They are used to make websites work, to remember your choices, and to tell site owners how their site is being used. Similar technologies, such as tracking scripts, work in a comparable way. In this policy we call all of them "cookies".
Your choices
When you first visit our site, we ask whether you accept non-essential cookies. Until you choose, we only use strictly necessary cookies. You can change your mind at any time by clicking "Cookie settings" at the bottom of any page.
You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. If you block all cookies, some parts of the site, such as the booking calendar, may not work.
Cookies we use
Strictly necessary
These are needed for the site to work and do not require your consent.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Expires |
|---|---|---|---|
| vcl_cookie_consent | Vision Creative Labs | Remembers your cookie choices so we do not ask you on every page | 6 months |
Marketing and analytics (Sopro)
We only set these if you accept marketing cookies.
We use a website visitor tracking tool provided by Prospect Global Ltd (trading as Sopro), which also runs some of our email outreach. It helps us understand which organisations visit our site and relate visits to our email campaigns.
| Cookie | Provider | Purpose | Expires | Role |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| _obid | Sopro | Tracks unique visits to the site and relates them to the email campaign | 1 year | Performance / Analytical |
| _obid_visit | Sopro | Identifies a session across multiple pages; not linked to personal data | 4 hours | Advertising / Tracking |
| cuid_* | Sopro | Used as a session cookie in the webchat, not linked to personal data. Only set if Sopro's webchat is switched on for this site | 15 days | Functional |
You can read Sopro's privacy policy at sopro.io.
Embedded content (Calendly)
We only load this if you accept embedded content cookies, or click "Load calendar" on our Contact page.
Our Contact page lets you book a call through a calendar provided by Calendly, LLC. When the calendar loads, Calendly sets its own cookies to make the booking tool work and for its own analytics. If you would rather not load it on our site, you can book directly on Calendly's website using the link on our Contact page. For more about the cookies Calendly uses, see Calendly's cookie information and privacy notice.
Links to other sites
Our site links to LinkedIn and YouTube. These are ordinary links and do not set cookies on our site. If you follow them, those sites will apply their own cookie policies.
Changes to this policy
We will update this policy if the cookies we use change, for example when we add a new tool. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
